The Challenge:

Resimax attract new clients by running events and referral programs for existing clients. 

The property industry is experiencing massive disruption and Resimax have been innovating their business model to adapt and succeed. It was important for Resimax that they implement a system that could help them:

  • Boost event attendance
  • Segment their contact base
  • Build highly personalised communication flows
  • A/B test
  • Scale quickly
  • Manage their referral scheme

The Solution:

After completing a thorough scan of the marketplace Resimax decided to implement Pardot, Salesforce’s marketing automation platform. 

Working closely with the team at Destined, Resimax went through a number of workshops so that Destined could gain a deep understanding of their marketing strategy and goals. 

Destined managed the implementation of Resimax’s Pardot instance connecting it to Salesforce and ensuring that the flow of data was working.

We then worked closely with the team at Resimax, supporting them to build a number of nurture journeys in Engagement Studio.

The Results:

In just 2 months after implementing Pardot Resimax have seen spectacular results. 

  • Average event attendance has risen over 1000%
  • Attendance rates have risen from 45% to 75%
  • 50% of attendees to events are new registrants
