Monitor Prospect Engagement with Campaign Insights

For: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Pardot Advanced with Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions.

Not only is Pardot Einstein Campaign Insights now generally available it has been improved. In addition to prospect details and list email engagement you can now find insights for other marketing assets and get a big picture view with new explanations that feature activity around marketing forms and landing pages.

Explore Marketing Report Data on Campaign Records

For: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all Pardot editions with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions.

Give the gift of data exploration to your sales and marketing users. The Engagement History Dashboard surfaces valuable data visualizations that show trends and patterns of marketing asset engagement. Share dashboards with users who don’t need access to underlying datasets and configuration—they can filter and report on prospect engagement right from a campaign.

*To use Engagement History features, your Salesforce org needs a Pardot license. Your Pardot edition determines the number of user licenses you have: Growth: 5, Plus: 10, and Advanced: 20. You also need a verified Salesforce-Pardot connector, Connected Campaigns turned on, and some campaigns already connected.

Use Behavior Scoring with Workflows and Process Builder

For: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions.

When a prospect shows all the right buying signals, you want to remove as many administrative tasks as possible. Use Einstein Behavior Scoring as part of your rule criteria in Process Builder and Workflows to automate the day-to-day. With these tools, you get the best leads to your sales team faster.

View Engagement Activities in Related Lists

For: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all Pardot editions with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions.

People interact with your marketing assets, but up till now it has been hard to share that activity with Sales Users . Now users and view the asset in Salesforce to find a related list of prospect activities. Users can click through to learn more and admins can add engagement history related lists to account, lead, contact, and person account records.

Use Quick Filters on Pardot Views

For: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all Pardot editions.

Pardot is adding Quick Filters to the Pardot Lightning app. Look out for the Quick Filter menu on related lists.

Ease into Lightning Experience

For: This change applies to the Pardot Lightning app in all Pardot editions.

A new view that’s similar to Salesforce Classic is available for some Pardot Lightning app pages. Try the new Full view for marketing form, marketing link, and landing page asset records.

B2B Marketing Analytics Legacy App Is Retiring

The legacy B2B Marketing Analytics app will be retired with the Spring ’20 release (February 2020), and its dataflow and datasets will stop updating.
